Finishing the Roof Sheathing

After we hosted our AWESOME roofing party, there was still some work to be done sheathing over the dormers and the bedroom.

The kitchen’s skylight hole proved to be a nice and quick way in and out of the house from the roof!

The following images are photos of the details around the roof line so that I can get a better understanding of how we are going to construct our roof soffit vents:

Before we apply the metal roof, we need to build the soffit vents, apply the Grace Ice & Water Shield, cut a hole for the wood stove flue, and install the skylights!

Since it is now water tight, we are going to focus on doors and windows to enclose the house in preparation for the winter and electrical wiring! Stay tuned!
